FastCall Click-to-Call is a Salesforce dialer. With FastCall, your Salesforce users will easily
make “one click” outbound phone calls from a Lead, Contact, Account, Task or any Salesforce object with
a phone number field. FastCall logs each phone call as a Task in Salesforce. The date, time, duration and
call disposition are reported using native Salesforce reports and dashboards. Some its features include:
- 100% Salesforce native - You install it from the AppExchange and you're ready to go.
100% Salesforce integrated - The application resides on the left sidebar, and lets you dial any standard or custom
object with a phone field. Calls are logged as standard Task records containing the call details.
Reporting - The package includes some default Salesforce reports. However, you can create your own, as call details
are stored on standard Salesforce objects.
- Call Scoring - System automatically scores Leads, Contacts and Accounts based on the call history.
Softphone - You can either use the "classic" click-to-call approach, or dial using your headset.
Notes & Disposition - Take notes while on call, and pick a call disposition from a customizable set to finish the call.
Call Recording - Calls can be recorded. Stored outside SFDC, its URL is kept on the Task record.
